Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care Graduate Diploma (Part-time)

Course overview

This course is designed for first line managers and supervisors in health and social care who lead teams, manage resources and lead service improvement projects. It meets the requirements for the General Social Care Council (GSCC) Specialist Award in Leadership and Management and encourages interprofessional learning.

The course supports the social care sector with implementing the Skills for Care and Children's Workforce Development Council's leadership and management strategy and addresses the Department of Health's initiatives in leadership development.
