This is a one-year top-up degree course for those who have completed a subject relevant HND, Foundation degree or equivalent.

Combining strategic management and marketing subjects, this course has been specifically developed to allow students with hospitality or business related intermediate qualifications to achieve an honours degree.

As well as gaining a better understanding of hospitality management, you will be guided in developing your ability to evaluate and analyse and to apply your knowledge in innovative ways. The core of the course focuses on strategic management subjects taught within the context of hospitality and on research methods with expert academic support given for your dissertation - a major piece of research work.
