Overview

At BU, we recognise that placements are extremely valuable and can give you a head start when it comes to your future career, therefore we will be offering every new student the opportunity to undertake an industrial placement from 2012. We will provide a great deal of help and support to ensure you achieve a rewarding and satisfying placement.

Our Business School courses offer a placement year, which is a vital part in developing well-rounded and industry-ready graduates. We are proud that our students have played their part in the success of top firms including JP Morgan, IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Motorola.

Although it is ultimately your responsibility to find a placement, we give you all the support you could need; our dedicated Business School Placement Officers circulate job opportunities and offer extensive CV, covering letter and interview coaching to ensure you have the best chance to compete for some of the top placement positions in industry.

Our students perform so well on placement that we have a large number of top firms returning to us year-on-year to source exclusively BU Business School placement students.
