This course is designed to enable students to progress directly into professional practice or take up further educational options.Successful students will be equipped with a range of technical and project management skills essential for use within the Stonemasonry and Conservation Industries. Many students after completing the Foundation degree find work with conservation companies both nationally and internationally or set up their own successful businesses from the project management and organisational skills developed during the course. The 5-week work placement will also equip students in finding employment within the Stonework and Conservation Heritage industry after completion of the course.
