This course is designed to meet the needs of the games and film industry and to enable students to develop into skilled practitioners in the 3D games modelling and animation fields.

As a graduate of this course you will be able to use and apply cutting edge technology adopted by the international animation industry.

3D Computer Generated Imagery has really expanded over the past few years. CGI representations are now used in a huge range of areas including technical advertising, (such as Dyson, mobile phone promotions and car design) corporate presentations, photo-realistic special effects, engineering simulations and virtual environments. At Bournemouth and Poole College we have been involved in a number of projects that have covered areas including short film animations, scientific visualisation, avatar construction and games modelling.
