Hear from current students

New Zealand national Yvonne Simone Stephen talks about her experiences of studying with the School of Tourism “BU is an innovative and future oriented university. I learnt from the brightest minds in the field and I enjoyed the fact that my lecturers were looking for their students to be innovative and futuristic in their thoughts and contribution. Classes always involved full participation of students and discussions, which is very important in my opinion, making the lectures very interesting and creating a challenge.”

Tinkara Pavlovcic Kapitanovic describes how she used her BU masters degree to further her career. “Before coming to the BU I was acting as Head of e-business at the Slovenian Tourist Board. After graduating I was offered a new role as a Director of E-Business, Research and Development because of my experiences with BU. Skills gained from my degree help me to get better results, especially in the marketing strategy and research field.”

Aristea Beni states why she chose MSc Tourism Mangement and Marketing. "I chose the course because I already had an educational and professional background in the Tourism field and I wanted to improve my knowledge and thus be more competitive in the industry after my graduation."
