Overview

This section includes information about tuition fees, bursaries, scholarships and any course specific funding that is available.

For the most up-to-date fee and course specific funding information, please select the year of entry you are interested in from the left-hand side menu.

If you are considering studying a Masters level course, it is important that you research all the funding options available to you. You may be eligible to apply for an Access to Learning Fund, a Professional Career Development Loan, as well as support from various Research Councils and other public funding providers, such as charities.

Aside from self-financing your studies, if you are currently in employment and postgraduate study will enhance your knowledge in your field, your employer may be happy to contribute to all or part of your tuition fees in what's usually referred to as employer sponsorship.

Don’t forget that BU offers various discounts, scholarships and studentships. It may also be possible to pay your fees in instalments. For example, whether you're looking to study a full-time or part-time course, it is possible to pay in three instalments.

Whether you are a UK student or joining us from overseas, full details about how to fund your postgraduate studies can be found on the various web pages within the fees and funding section of our website.
